Before establishing the firm, Matthew dedicated a quarter-century as a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation Division (IRS-CI). During his tenure, he led investigations into tax fraud, money laundering, financial crimes, and complex fraud schemes across industries.
